Stress can make you gain weight!

Studies in Amercia have shown that a stressful job could end up contributing to your weight problem.

They found that overweight men with little authority at the work place gain more weight than men with more authority!

Not being able to make decisions is linked to stress. Eating can be calming because it releases mood improving endorphins.

So what to do to beat stress ?????, best to "exercise" !!!!!

    Even in the office, I eat!!!
    Meet up with friends, to eat !!!
    Even I sleep, sometimes I dream of eating!!!

  2. Funny when I'm stress or worry I cant eat.
    I only munch & eat nonsense when I watch TV!
    I should stop watching too much TV!
