Best Snack for weight watchers

I found out it's pop corn!
Studies show it might even curb your appetite.
A cup of pop corn has abt 15 calories but a cup of chips have 150!!!!!
The air in the popcorn 'tricks' the body into thinking it's full !
But of course that rules out toppings like butter, caramel etc...
If you put those on the pop corn, that's a whole different story!

  5. I munch on nuts, so many kinds in the market these days- but they never taste as good or as addictive as chips....lol.....

    1. Those nuts coated with honey or roasted or fried are fattening too. Get those natural ones- they retain the natural flavour which is nice !
