Do Skinny friends make U sad?

My friend sms me " U make me sad " ...lol....
No it's not what you think, I didn't "do" anything or say anything bad to her.

She claims seeing me in my skin tight blouse makes her want to kill herself ....lol.... makes her feel bad for being slightly plump. To be honest she's not FAT, just a few kgs off that's all. And she looks OK. She's not a size 2 or 0 she's more of a size 12.

Was wondering would she be happier if she hang around people who are bigger or heavier? Is looking like the people you hang out with that important to your emotional being? Could one be literally happier when you don't have people around you to remind you that you 'probably should lose a few kgs' ?? You know there are studies that said it matters! Plump people would escape the stigma & unhappiness that comes with the excess weight!
On the other hand, skinnier people could stand as a reminder to people who are over weight, to "do something" about it. 

That's a good thing right? What's better than eating healthier ?
