Do you read nutrition labels when buying food ?
A recent
study says people who read nutrition labels are slimmer.
I go like ...REALLY?????
The problem is,
most of what's written is in Greek....lol.... that's probably because I hardly
understand what they say in those labels!
Most are in technical terms the percentages
the scientific names etc... gives me a headache anyway. So how?
Take
everything in moderation perhaps?
